On Thursday, March 08, Stephen Timms, Vice President of Sales, Americas, is participating on the panel discussion, "Outlining New Management and Scheduling Systems for Field Service and Having a Better Understanding on Why to Invest in Them," held at the Field Service Latin America conference at the Hotel Sofitel Ibirapuera. Timms, along with panel participants, will be sharing best practices and real case examples of how service industries can use workforce management solutions to trim excessive costs associated with the field workforce while simultaneously improving customer service and the image of the overall brand. In addition, the panel will be focusing on how these solutions provide management insight into more detailed and actionable customer and historical data.
