ClickAnalyze Insight is designed to help service managers keep their organisations on course. The application gathers and presents operational performance and key performance indicator (KPI) data produced from ClickSchedule.
Dashboard views of the organisation's KPIs enable managers to track performance and identify existing or potential problems before they get out of control. More than that, ClickAnalyze Insight helps service organisations investigate and identify the causes of those problems. By enabling service managers to drill down through various performance levels and groups - territories, products, engineers, and customers - managers are able to pinpoint bottlenecks in the system.
ClickAnalyze Insight also provides a historical view of service organisation performance that can be used to identify trends, good and bad, that can affect future planning.
By being part of the ServiceOptimization Suite, ClickAnalyze takes operational data from ClickSchedule and feeds relevant historical information into ClickForecast for use in demand forecasting.
